Warming up covers three stages:

Its beneficial if you see the venue as soon as possible if you are to mentally prepare properly.

In an indoor arena:
Try to attune to the following:
(1) Lighting
(2) Floor surface
(3) Surrounding area
(4) Hight of the ceiling
(5) Temperature

You must try to keep focused. Sometimes distractions you don't recognise and manage with straight away lead to bad performance.

(1) Hostile spectators
(2) Waiting to go on
(3) High profile players
(4) Equipment checks

(1) Attune your body and emotions.
(2) Sit down close your eyes and relax. Focus on your breathing then on your whole body.
(3) Then when relaxed focus on your match.
(4) Attune to your equipment. Check and touch all your pads.
(5) Attune to your team. Before you go on team touch players and wish them good luck ect..
(6) Attune to your goal. Remind yourself of your prearranged goals.
(7) Attune to the game. Remind yourself of your tactics, focus and concentrate.
